Ford Edge Glass Roof Cracked

Ford edge glass roof cracked. Ford has denied claim. There is even a class action against ford in the usa for it. I called ford today to make an appointment for 8 8. My 2017 ford edge sport s vista roof front glass has been replaced 2 times in the first 6 months of ownership due to cracking.

2007 2014 ford edge mkx rear right passenger side door glass dd11140ypn fits. It starts on one side under the mounting travels roughly circular returning to the start point. The crack cannot be felt on top or underneath so it appears to be in a middle layer of the glass. I had the roof closed and the shade drawn due to the heat.

There are no apparent stone chips or marks indicating damage anywhere on its travel. My glass roof has developed a circular crack from one edge. I would have thought it would be a manufacturing issue as well as no stone chip or impact can be seen on it.
